Welcome to PelviCare Physical Therapy
At PelviCare, we are dedicated to helping you heal with care that is both evidence-based and holistic. Your pelvic health matters, and our goal is to support you every step of the way.
We welcome people of all genders and identities. Everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to address their pelvic floor concerns.
Our approach is trauma informed, with attention to both your physical and emotional well-being.
Pelvic floor therapy is so much more than “just Kegels.” We focus on functional, whole-body rehabilitation that truly makes a difference.
Because the pelvic floor does not work alone, we also look at the whole musculoskeletal system. This ensures that your treatment is not only targeted, but also comprehensive and effective.
Each visit is private, one hour long, and always one-on-one with a pelvic health specialist who listens and cares.
At PelviCare, we are here to help you feel at ease, restore balance, and return to doing what you love.
WHAT WE TREAT
We specialize in caring for people with pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, pregnancy and postpartum changes, and recovery before and after surgery. Our team also supports those experiencing genito-urinary and musculoskeletal symptoms during peri- and menopause, as well as men’s pelvic health.
In addition, we provide pre- and post-rehabilitation for individuals undergoing gender-affirming surgery. Click on any service below to learn more about how we can support you.
HOW WE TREAT
Therapeutic Exercise:
We create a unique, individualized exercise program for each patient with focus on strengthening, posture, stability, and range of motion.
Manual Therapy:
Treatments may include a combination of manual therapy, trigger point release, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release (both internal and external), visceral manipulation, scar mobilization, and abdominal massage.
Instrument Assisted Therapy:
We incorporate cupping therapy, dry needling, and taping techniques as an adjunct treatment option.
Neuromuscular Re-education:
Pain and discomfort often continue beyond the initial injury because of learned muscular habits. We will help facilitate healing by re-educating your muscles to work harmoniously.
Whether you are seeking support for pregnancy support, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, or another pelvic health concern, we are passionate about our work and are always happy to guide you or answer questions.
We apologize that online booking is not available at this time. However, send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within one business day. Thank you.
