How We Treat

Therapeutic Exercise:

We create a unique, individualized exercise program for each patient with focus on strengthening, posture, stability, and range of motion.

Manual Therapy:

Treatments may include a combination of manual therapy, trigger point release, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release (both internal and external), visceral manipulation, scar mobilization, and abdominal massage.

Instrument Assisted Therapy:

We incorporate cupping therapy, dry needling, and taping techniques as an adjunct treatment option.

Neuromuscular Re-education:

Pain and discomfort often continue beyond the initial injury because of learned muscular habits. We will help facilitate healing by re-educating your muscles to work harmoniously.
